Takes and transcribes dictation and minutes; compose routine correspondences.Prepares Administrative forms, correspondence or noun – routine that may contain confidential information.Ensures the maintenance and safekeeping of minutes, files, correspondences, forms and related records and reports. Interacts and coordinates other departments in various operational and administrative issues. Coordinates scheduling appointments, meetings and conferences. Prepares agenda for the director. As instructed by concerned Director, liaises with other Government departments or bodies for follow up action for administrative requirements. Liaises with operating companies with regard to any administrative or operational issues. ONLY ARABIC SPEAKING FEMALES PREFERRED. PLEASE MENTION THE POSITION IN THE SUBJECTLINE.
